Wedding - Day Before

The day before the wedding was a hive of activity. There was packing to be done for the wedding and honeymoon, engine oil to be checked for the long drive, and a last minute mercy dash to the BodyShop by Jeannie and her bridesmaid Madeleine, after the latter insisted that Jeannie really should own some decent make-up for her wedding day.

Many early arrivers congregated at the Cidery in Bridgetown for an evening meal and a few drinks. We had our 'last supper' as 'sin'gle folk, and also a few ciders to dampen any pre-wedding nerves.

Residents of the Glenlynn Cottages continued on afterwards, where somehow the best man ensured the groom made it to bed at a reasonable hour!
