Girlie Trip to London

I finally made it to London for some shopping (nothing fits!) and general girlie time. Thursday night I met up with Heather and Erica for deluxe, ohsoyummy pizzas at Fire and Stone. Also caught up on all the latest goss, which of course I can't share as have to play mum (ha ha, i'm so funny...Jamie has been very tolerant of the special 'pregnancy humour' I've developed).

Friday was dedicated Ali-day. She was of great assistance in helping with my clothes shopping ('looks good, just buy it') and I was stoked that I actually came home with shopping bags (I've become really slack at clothes shopping). We went to a little Asian place for dinner, and basically just chatted and had our much overdue general catch up.

Saturday, Shane and I (ok, not just a girlie trip)
met Erica, Heath and Emma for brunch in Putney. I then had an overdue haircut (nb, was reminiscent of Carol Brady at the time, but a month on has settled nicely). Heath and Em then provided a bit more shopping assistance (and not fun shopping, marks and sparks maternity bras!). Pretty sapped by then, I spent my big Saturday night in London eating take out with Shane at his place (where I was staying). Morning train to Brussels on Sunday...
