Long overdue update-

You may have noticed the dearth of entries of late, well for a fair few months now. While the little fella has been quite absorbing of our time, we have actually had other things going on. I've gone for a wham bam tym update below in the hope that from here on I will be able to make regular entries (you raise your eyebrows?).

Netball

Jamie was team captain last season. Did a good job too - taking the team to the finals. Unfortunately they lucked out in a tight match. At the club dinner he was the only team captain to get a special gift from his team... awwww (some chivas). Jamie might get around to a proper post at some point... but wouldn't count on it.

Gramps and Granny Maz

Col and Maz arrived late June. They've been keeping themselves busy with mowing lawns, changing nappies, repairing the clothesline, cooking meals, and too many other odd jobs to mention (thanks guys!). In between all that they have squeezed in some travels - Amsterdam, Ypres & Brugges, and most recently Prague. We are off to the Ardenne for 4 nights next week. Jasper is loving all the special attention he's receiving.

Jamie went to Glastonbury. It was muddy.

Jamie's Birthday

We celebrated Jamie's birthday with a barbie and beers. Jamie had treated himself to an unsupervised visit to a beer warehouse. Naughty naughty.

I made the frozen chocolatie cake thing we had at our wedding as a birthday cake. When I say 'had' I don't mean I literally ate it at our wedding. Unfortunately I missed out then - so was nice to finally have a piece. Or two.

Nico and Joel popped by for visit

Nico and Joel took a semi-spontaneous trip south from Amsterdam to visit for the night, before flying back to Perth. We forgot to get pictures of them, but did get a picture of the sink.
